WAM ACTION: 2/19/18 Discussion that the original bill exempted the operator from paying severance tax and this was a concern for the committee. Amendment passed to strike the credit section (d) and the bringer of the bill suggested he would bring back in a different way. WAM and WCCA testified of concerns for more exemptions. Bill passed without the section regarding the credits, 8-1. |
